China has a history of more than 5,000 years. Among all the ancient countries in the world, China is the only continuous civilization.
Today＇s Chinese are still descendants of clans and tribes in the ancient Yellow River valley, and today＇s writing is still a continuation of early oracle bone inscriptions and bronze inscriptions. This continuous civilization is unique in the world.
But this continuous history also has a shortcoming, that is, it always repeats the cycle, and nothing new appears.
From Qin, Shihuang to Mao, Zedong, the former chairman of the Communist Party of China, dozens of dynasties have changed over the past two thousand years, but they still follow the old path of feudal autocracy.
In contrast, Western countries have seen new things such as the Renaissance, the Industrial Revolution, and the Democratic Revolution since modern times, making Western countries always stand at the forefront of the world.
However, in recent years, the ancient China has begun to awaken, and the ideas of freedom and equality have gradually become popular among the people. More and more people yearn for democratic politics. The autocratic cycle will eventually end, and Chinese civilization will enter a new historical period.
