The more confident a person is, the more he speaks big to the outside world, and the CCP is the same.
With Marxist theory, the socialist road, and communist ideals increasingly losing popular support, the CCP authorities, in addition to continuing to bluff, have added a requirement for people to be culturally confident, to embolden themselves, and to put money on their faces.
