China＇s biggest problem is party controlling everything. Party controlling everything or unchecked party powers, are among the most concentrated and most thorough rule of man, having a fundamental conflict with the rule of law. Under party controlling everything, there will be no true rule of law. To the rule of law there can be no true party controlling everything. I am a middle theorist, but on this issue, there is no middle way to go. What is rule of law? Ultimately, the rule of law is nothing more than the right to limit the power and protect people’s human rights. Party controlling everything is the ultimate opposite of rule of law. , and the inevitable conflict with human rights and civil rights. So, in essence, on the unlimited party power is anti- rule of law. One hand CCP talking about equal justice under the law for all the people across the mainland of china, on the other hand The CCP is not doing anything to check the power of the party, This is a losing cause that go nowhere.
