Chinese market economy is exclusively for profit. The governors are corruptive and greedy for money by all means. Chinese government exploit and persecute the people for maximum profit and reward. Chinese people are deprived of the basic human rights, because the government is not elected by people and the governors are not elected by people, so the government and the governors refused the surveillance of the people. Currently, China is very lack of the rule by law.
The government of a country should keep a clear politics, social stable and economy prosperous and make the people live happy lives, so that the government can be supported by people and be a government ruled by the law. Ruled by the law is the fundamental of a country, and the society ruled by the law has a completed legal theory. Only by perfecting the legal system, the people’s basic human right can be protected, and the harmony society can be fulfilled. The events of persecution and trample of human rights won’t reduce if a country is not ruled by law.
The Chinese government must do well on legal propaganda, and must stick on ruled by law and through the unremitting efforts of Chinese people, so that the law can be a daily life standard of the people, and the country can be into a virtuous cycle, and the people can live a prosperous live, and the country can be ruled by law.
