Du,Jiabin: A government that improves human rights can be supported by the people
杜加斌(Du,Jiabin)
Human rights problems in China have been concerned by international community, for many years, some UN member states repeatedly put forward human rights problems on United Nations Assemble, and demand UN to propel Chinese government to improve human rights conditions effectively. Facing strong demands from international community, Chinese government has promised to improve human rights in China.
Today, Chinese government doesn’t fulfill its commitment, and continues to persecute Chinese people, suppress dissidents, arrest people who appeal to higher authorities and arrest CDP members. Chinese government nowadays has no sincerity on human rights problems, and replace hard-line stand with flexibility, replace counterwork with communication. The government holds hard-earned money from Chinese people, wishfully think and use its ideas to issue human rights reports, suppress peoples’ basic human rights with its principles, and Chinese people will never agree with that.
Improving human rights in China is good for China to facilitate civil process of Chinese society, improving human rights is an inevitable channel to push China on democratic road, and thus can be supported by Chinese people, and recognized by international society.
