Chen,Ling：Preventing officials from abusing of power can effectively punish corruption

If the government controlled by CCP can prevent officials from abuse of power, effectively punish corruption, the dictatorship will not degrade and not die out. In fact, because the dictatorship can’t effectively punish corruption, can’t effectively prevent officials from abuse of power, it made the society fall in crisis and chaos periodically, many chaos of dynastic changes in Chinese history are caused by official corruption.
The serious corruption situation in Chinese government can’t be controlled effectively, and severely damage and obstruct progress of civilization in Chinese society, obstruct Chinese society to head for peaceful development. The fact shows multi-party democratic constitutionalism should be carried out to effectively control corruption and dictatorship.
Can CCP dictatorship effectively control corruption? It sure can’t do that. Unless China totally abandons one party dictatorship and carry out multi-party democratic constitutionalism, anti-corruption of Chinese government will be worse.
