Chen,Xiaochao: The government should guarantee basic human rights of the people

Human rights conditions in China is deteriorating, media reports and freedom of speech are strictly controlled and blocked; dissidents, people who maintain legal rights, religious people and people who appeal for higher authorities for help; though the CCP promised to the international society to improve human rights in China, it just consent outwardly but disagree inwardly, and human rights in China have no substantial progress.
In Chinese society that’s ruled by CCP, common people are out of breath with exorbitant tax levies, workers are laid off, officials at various levels corrupt and act against law and reason, common people have nowhere to appeal, but are still requested to maintain a high level of unity with the CCP, anyone who disagrees will be arrested, taken into custody, reeducated through labor and sentenced, or even beaten to handicapped and death.
In democratic countries, if someone abuses a dog or other small animals, he/she will be punished by law. How does CCP treat its people? Many innocent people are beaten to death because of exercises. Prison guards torture prisoners are known to all. The supreme body of state power in CCP should guarantee basic human rights of common people, and officials should put human rights the supreme position which is man-oriented human rights.
