Chinese government today is an autocratic government, officials lack basic civilization, morality, sense of shame and conscience, often create incidents of violation of human rights; regardless of government or officials, they don't respect human rights for a long time, let alone protection of human rights. For all these years, from both sides of the Changjiang River to the Great Wall, food safety accidents happen frequently, and mine disasters almost every day; days after major safety accidents happen, relevant officials and corporate representatives don't rescue people first but find ways to cover up the truth.

The essential feature of human rights is freedom and equality, the contents and goal are survival rights, life right, right to work, right of education, freedom of speech have to be guaranteed by law. The goal of freedom and equality is to free people from oppression, exploitation and discrimination, and obtain deserved basic human rights.

Chinese government doesn't even guarantee life right of people and have no competency to talk about human rights. Improving human rights conscience of Chinese people and help vulnerable group to get out of difficult situations, increase social equality and justice, government should carry out human rights works. Improving human rights takes time and need efforts of the government, and a better social system, the road is very long and the task is heavy.
