Chen, Guomin: Realize Rule of Law in the Chinese Society

Realizing rule of law in the Chinese society is beneficial for maintaining social stability, promoting standardization of moral civilization and guaranteeing authority of law. In addition, it is good for adjusting relationship between the public and the government, reasonably distributing social benefit, strictly standardize activity of the government, establish order of law, and realize social fairness and justice. Furthermore, it is helpful for preventing social problems in China, solving social disputes, and ameliorating conflicts between the public and officials. As a result, it can improve harmony in the Chinese society and keep normal development of economy and social stability.
Realizing rule of law in China can promote social system to convert from the autocratic one into a democratic and free one. As a result, the Chinese government should get rid of rule of man step by step, and establish rule of law at the first step. Only on the basis of rule of law can democratic political reform be provided with a stable environment, building a road and bridge leading to democratic reform.
Democratic system in China is good for economic development and social harmony. Moreover, it is helpful for political stability and national unity. In addition, it is beneficial to make the public participate in political activity and discussion to actualize their right as maters of the Chinese society.
