Strongly Protest that Chinese Communist Party Persecute China Democracy Party Member Mr. Zhang Lin again
----asking the Chinese Communist Party to release all the detained China Democracy Party members
On October 7th 2014, the weather in New York changed from summer season to winter season. These days most time sunshine were blocked by clouds. China Democracy Party members’ heart were as heavy as the weather, because outstanding China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin was persecuted again by Chinese Communist party.
The content of today’s rally is : Strongly protest that Chinese Communist Party persecute China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin again, and ask the Chinese Communist party to release all the detained China Democracy Party members.
The gathering places for the rally were flushing and in front of the China Consulate General in New York.

On September 5, 2014, China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin was sentenced three years and six months in prison by Bengbu People’s Court in Anhui in the name of mobbing to disturb public order. His attorney Liu, Xiaoyuan stated that he would appeal as long as Mr.Zhang, lin was sentenced as guilty.
China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin has long been persecuted by the Chinese government, the main reason is because he is a member of China Democracy party; another reason is that he went to Hefei to plea for rights after the police intervened his daughter Anni’s school transfer from Bengbu to Hefei, and attracted people around the country come to support him. On July 18th,2013, Mr. Zhang, Lin was detained by the Chinese police, the detainees also included human rights activist Li, Huaping and others. On December 18th, Zhang, Lin’s first trial was on, and after that there were three postponed trials until the sentencing hearing.
Many people stayed outside of the court to support Mr. Zhang, Lin. However, it was pointed out that activists Li, Huaping, Yao, Cheng, Zhou, Weilin and others who were persecuted for supporting Annie would be sentenced gradually once Mr. Zhang, Lin was sentenced.
On February 27th, 2013, Mr. Zhang, Lin’s daughter Anni was kidnapped from Hupo elementary school to the police station by four policemen. Without guardians around, Anni’s freedom was restricted for as up to three hours. The next day, Mr. Zhang, Lin and his daughter were sent back to home in Bengbu by the authorities, and Anni was forced to be out of school. On April, over 50 citizens around the country came to Anhui to support Anni’s right to go to school. Ten year old Anni held the book of Universal Declaration of Human rights, hoping to go back to school.
Supporters stated that they would not leave Heifei id Anni does not go back to school.
“Children are our future, without children we will not have future. No matter what her father is involved should not link to the child. It is her basic right to go to school. We could not tolerate unbridled public authority to hurt a little girl’s education right.” Li, Huaping accused that policemen’s illegal, shamless, evil repression mode is a shame.
Such support statements aggravated Chinese Communist party’s fear to people, so the trail was postponed again and again until now.
China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin was born on June 2rd, 19963, and is 51 year old this year. He is a free journalist and writer. He is also 89 pro-democracy leader and well known pro-democracy activists, won the writer in prison award and free culture award.
On September 1979, Mr. Zhang , Lin was admitted into Tsinghua University with the name of first place honor of Bengbu, Anhui; he once served as "Tsinghua Historical Geography Club" director, then he stopped the school.
In 1986, Mr. Zhang, Lin reigned his good job and promoted the concept of freedom and democracy in Anhui, Hainan, Yunnan and other places.
In 1989, Mr. Zhang, Lin was sentenced two years in prison because he lead citizens and students in Wanbei to support and participate in 89 pro-democracy activity; He was in labor camp for three years since he was Beijing involved in organizing the "workers＇ rights protection alliance" in Beijing after his release.
After the release from labor camp in 1997, Mr. Zhang, Lin got his visa to America; he joined China Democracy Party in 1998. At the end of that year, Mr. Zhang, Lin came back to China to promote democracy career, however, he was caught by policemen on the following day and was sentenced three years in labor camp.
In 2005, Mr. Zhang, Lin was put in prison in the name of “inciting subversion” because he went to Beijing to attend the former Communist Party leader Zhao, Ziyang memorial service. In 2007, Mr. Zhang, Lin was awarded writer in prison by the independent Chinese writers committee due to his 300,000-word autobiographical work "sorrowful soul". Poet Wang, Yiliang praised highly of the book, and stated that this book alone can make Mr. Zhang, Lin into the highest temple of literary.
On March 2009, Australia＇s "Freedom Torch" website gave the reward of the Human Rights Award Free Culture Prize of the year 2009 to Mr. Zhang, Lin whom was still in prison. On August the same year, Mr. Zhang, Lin was released. On July 2012, Mr. Zhang, Lin was lost on his way to meet friends in Hunan; it was confirmed that he was forced to go with the Chinese police. On July 2013, Mr. Zhang, Lin was detained because he was fighting for his daughter’s rights for school. On September 5th 2014, Mr. Zhang, Lin was sentenced to three years and six months into prison in the name of mobbing to disturb public order by the Bengshan court in Bengbu.
In order to implement democracy in China as soon as possible, in order to let all the Chinese people enjoy human rights, outstanding China Democracy party member Mr. Zhang, Lin adhere to democratic beliefs, adhere to the democratic practice, and has been detained and sentenced in prison for many times. However, he never change his mind, facing with the darkness in prison, Mr. Zhang, Lin still can write 300,000-word life in prison autobiographical work "sorrowful soul”, which truly record a China Democracy Party member’s outstanding soul.

While learning from China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin, we are calling all the people to ask the Chinese Communist Party to release China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin, and to release all the detained China Democracy party members.
