Xu, Xinyuan: Human-right Society can not use violent reign
CPC government uses violent reign all along, which bears a close relationship with the social system that this regime chooses. Currently, the political system of Chinese society is autarchy, there is a causality between autarchy and violent reign; only under the autarchic system can there be the violent reign exists in the government. CPC regime outmatches over law, and every action of this government usually accompanies with violence.
The government who uses violence can not ameliorate human rights; violence is the root of destroying human rights. In those decades of years of CPC ruling Chinese society, Chinese people suffered from violent persecution in a long time, and people’s human rights can not be ensured.
If CPC government wants to ameliorate Chinese human rights, it has to abandon violence and abolish each kind of persecution policy; and only by doing that can human rights avoiding being trampled. When China constructing the people-oriented harmonious society and embodying the concordant relationship among people, respect the human rights is the foremost fundamental precondition. But CPC regime ignores the way of democracy, freedom and human rights to reach harmony, only by violence and deceit to achieve concordance. Such regime like this will finally be abandoned by Chinese people sooner or later.
