                            Song，Hongsheng: China Is A Country That Takes Pride In Being Officials

China is a country backward country in which everyone takes in pride in being an official. In such a country, it is very easy to form a big official benefit circle with those with powers in the centre
, those in the circle can gather and separate easily and can come and go easily and enjoy inexhaustible wealth and powers.

When a dynasty is first established, bureaucracy is not so serious, it can do some good. Once authority assures its rules, it loses people’s support it enjoyed at the beginning, and bureaucracy is formed. What is a bureaucratic system? A bureaucratic system is a aristocratic system formed by officials in the ruling group that is above regulation by the people.

Typical characteristics of the Chinese bureaucratic system are: it is controlled directly by officials at all levels; manipulated by a ruling group from the formation to the establishment of the system; and subject to no parties or social societies’ interference; and has only one nuclear from top to bottom; all policies and regulations made by this center must be unconditionally observed, practices and followed. Doing otherwise is regarded as enemy. It is easy to see that CCP’s socialist system is a pure bureaucratic system.
