Political status of CPP party members in the CCP organization looks like democratic and equal. In the so-called internal democratic team meeting, senior carders must obey orders from team leaders no matter what rank he holds. This causes a contradictory relationship among the party members. A senior carder must open his inner thoughts to his team leader. Can you expet them to tell the truth, not to speak that they can not disclose their work confidential. In fact, different levels of party members are classified clearly inside CCP. Red letter head documents can only reach certain levels. This priority distills loyalty of public servants at all levels and at the same time turns on their desires to climb onto the higher ladder at all costs.
CCP controls media and beautifies all its privileges as “Serve the people”. Their houses, cars, salaries, banquets, trips, even women are all paid by the government under the disguise of “Serve the people”. These are the privileges that has nurtured CCP’s corruption.
