Ms. Yao, Siming, a resident in Xiamen city China wrote to Wang Jun, chairman of CDPWU by email, reproaching China communist police and city construction officials demolished Yao, Siming’s house (see photos below) by force. Yao Siming said that others who have special relation with local government officials, their houses were not demolished, and this is the unjust and power-speaking society in China.
China Democracy Party World Union strongly protest China communist authority’s vicious gangster conduct by ignoring the law, bullying the people, infringing human right, and CDPWU calls for the majority Chinese people to fight bravely with China communist authority for their human right, so as to terminate China communist one party dictatorial rule and set up a democratic China in an early day.
CDPWU will report this event to UN human right organization; and inform other overseas media, so that other overseas media may have their followed reports.

Letter that Yao Siming wrote to Wang Jun, chairman of CDPWU:
Wang Jun,
How are you?
I went to meet you in your office in July last year, and these are some pictures taken for my house in Xiamen (the property ownership is a US citizen), and people in front of the house are Xiamen city construction officials and local police. They believe that my house additional construction was built illegally; however, 80% of the local houses have such additional constructions. Mine was not the first, nor was it the last, and there were another 4-5 houses with additional constructions built almost the same time: one was of Taiwanese (the officials were afraid of affecting the relationship between the straights so they did not demolish it); another was of deputy principal of Xiamen Construction Bank (who has special relations with local government), and I attached photos of their constructions on their houses here. Other local people who have special relations with local government officials, their houses’ additional constructions were not demolished neither. This is the unjust and power-speaking society in China. I entrusted an attorney to tell those officials that if the whole area houses additional constructions are to demolish, I have no objection to it, and we want equal and justice in life.
Besides, the guy in charge of demolishing work said that Americans are nobody, they tried to suppress China internationally on everything. Now China government officials and media hate them, and they want only US dollars, and when they grow strong enough they would oppose the US!!!
Today they bring a large number of men to demolish our house, and please refer to the picture, and the red car is mine and so is the garage additionally built. I would like you to send these pictures to some media and news agency. I also had tape recording and if needed I can send it to you.
