Jiang, Xiujuan: Government Law Enforcement Officials Shouldn’t Break It While inCharge of It.

Several killing farmer incidents occurred in China recently, and China communist authority violently cracked down innocent people with guns, and severely tramped the law and human right in so doing, and it is really outrageous. Chinese people hate their land being enclosed away by China communist privileged circle with power, so they fought to protect it with their lives. These conflicts between the authority and the people will be a strike on China communist power, shaking the base of China communist government. In China people cannot talk about democracy and freedom, cannot talk about human right, and they have no security for citizen right, and there is no freedom of speech and media, no freedom of gathering or organizing a meeting, and no freedom of religion.

Chinese people have no right to elect their government leaders, and the government acts not fairly, and the legislation and judiciary are not independent, so the government officials dare to break the law severely; law enforcement officials break the law while they are in charge of it, tramping the law at their will. The real reason was that China communist party seizes more power than the law should possess, even manipulates it, so the basic reform in China should change the social system, should terminate the one party dictatorial rule and establish a democratic social system with multi-party exist.
