Song, Shunchang: How China Communist Let Some of People Became Rich?

Under China communist dictatorial system protection, some of China corruptive officials and some vicious-minded men in society came to exert their effort for fortune, and the whole China as a stage was taken by these “exploiting but no contributing” vicious-minded men. In a short period of time, many rapid rich persons appeared through “grey income”, and private companies one after another sprouted and hotels one after another appeared like mushrooms. This is the idea of China communist “let some of the people became rich first”.

The key issue of “let some of the people became rich first” is how they became rich? In a society existed numerous corruptive wolves, to “let some of the people became rich first” must lead to the consequence of “let some of the people became poor first”, because in China communist dictatorial system the huge amount of fortune is acquired through “power monopoly” to quite some extent, and those “became rich first” group is at the sacrifice of ordinary people “became poor first”. The guidance idea of “let some people became rich first” physically speed up the distance between the two extremes of the rich and the poor, and it also worsened the corruption of the China government officials, as it provided those corruptive officials the soil and condition to exist.
