Yao, Qingliang: The Evil Consequence of Chinese Political System Reformation Lag
To weigh whether the effect of one country’s anti-corruption is good or bad, the most important thing is how to effectively deracinate corruption. To deracinate corruption is first to chastise corruptive persons, not let them have any shelter. However, at the issue of “chastise corruption”, on one hand China communist take method of quick “killing” to those “flagrant” persons whose criminal sums are especially huge to prevent future trouble by excuse of “It won’t suffice to alleviate popular indignation unless they are killed.” On the other hand, most corruptive persons inside party are used illegal means “warning” and “recording a demerit” to replace the law.
By the lead of China communist, mainland China has become a big corruptive country recognized by all over the world. Under the edification of corruptive social circumstance, from the most basic level ordinary people to the highest level state leaders there seldom people does not like money. Although Chinese Reformation and Opening makes Chinese people favor and gambol, it also causes gray incomes increasing by several times and corruptive groups emerging as the times require due to strong control of China communist bureaucratic system. It is absolutely not the result of Reformation and Opening, but the trespass of Chinese political system reformation lag.
