CDPWU Attending a Rally “Immediately Release Dissidents as Gao, Zhisheng etc.” Held by Falun Gong Organization in front of United Nations
On Dec. 15, 2006, 12pm, more than 20 members of CDPWU led by chairman Wang, Jun attended a protest activity “Appeal CCP to Immediately Release Dissidents as Gao, Zhisheng, Guo, Feixiong etc. Denounce Singapore Government Treating Falun Gong Practitioners Violently and Falling to Be an Accomplice of China Communist.” held by Falun Gong organization in front of United Nations. Falun Gong practitioners and M.D. Ms. Wang, Wenyi made speeches in the meeting.

Attorney Gao, Zhisheng has offered legal aids for those people who appealed to the higher authorities for help unsuccessfully, Falun Gong practitioners who were persecuted, peasants whose lands were plundered illegally and dissidents who were persecuted by the authorities for many years. In 2005, Gao, Zhisheng three times issued open letters extending to Chinese leaders, revealed the terrifying detailed crime of China communist persecuting Falun Gong practitioners to the outside, and caused huge repercussion within seas and overseas. Later attorney Gao was compelled to close the law office and was kept a close watch by China communist authority. In August 2006, attorney Gao was detained by policemen, and on Sept. 21 he was arrested officially. In the morning December 12 2006, China communist secretly held a court to hear the case of Gao, Zhisheng. Such practice of China communist violated the most basic value of modern civilized society and moreover challenged the base line of human conscience. In today’s rally, Falun Gong organization strongly denounced Singapore government treating Falun Gong practitioners violently and falling to be an accomplice of China communist.
At 1 pm, some members of China Democracy Party World Union and representatives of Falun Gong organization came in front of Singapore General Consulate in New York to protest Singapore government treating Falun Gong practitioners violently and playing the part of hired roughneck for China communist government to crack down Falun Gong organization and Falun Gong practitioners.
