By the lead of China communist, mainland China has evolved to be a big corruptive country. Under the edification of corruptive social circumstance, there seldom people are not avaricious. Every walk of life has tried to find out a complete set of knack to appropriate national or collective assets. Big and small corruptive officials in any places and in any fields can all monopolize somewhere, be empowered completely in a powerful and unconstrained style, and seldom go anywhere in company. It disguisedly elongates the whole course and time extent of anti-corruption. The corruption in China will be more serious if using such self-deceiving traditional means.
