                   Human rights in the country turning over

        In the end of last century most of socialist state turned over to market economy. Then the politic system also turned from dictatorship of proletariat to political democracy. This is the current of our world and only a few counties are out of it. It is so bad in either economy or policy; the reason for it is people are required more and more in human rights. All that kind countries are also been isolated by other countries.
        By the current, some governments which didn’t accept human rights before started to accept it. But it is not an easy way. The human right is a challenge of action without authorization. It is starting to talk about the human rights then it may allow discussing. Normally it would through different ways of battle. Such as the difficult of turning over the opinion, the argue of by the class of control. It will take time, but can’t be stopped.    
        Which is more important, human right or sovereignty?
        The sovereignty could not be invaded, this opinion has been popularized by the government. But they never put it across, such as it is unnecessary to explain.
        One of the most important impacts of sovereignty is used to under take the human rights of people. People require the contry to resist all invaded, otherwise the people will become slaves of other country. Sencondly it also to keep the peace in the local area. At the last it need offer public services.
