              Strengthen the Consciousness of Civil Rights

      The year of 2006 is coming. In the new year, our China Democracy Party World Union, the vanguard of Chinese pro-democracy movement, has the responsibility and obligation to propagate to masses the information on democracy, justice and civil rights so they will understand their basic rights, including right to vote, freedom of speech, freedom of press, and freedom of assembly. People will realize that in a autocracy the civil rights are not given. People must fight for their rights.
      The incidents of Chongqing Te Gang and Taishi Village are the prelude to the efforts by the Chinese people to fight for their rights. China Democracy Party World Union must work to strengthen people’s consciousness of civil rights.
