          Village and Town Autonomy Could Change Ordinary People’s Life

      The revenue from taxation, allocation, and retained earnings should be stopped collecting totally.  The organization form of town administration should be decided through democratic ballot entirely by town people, who cover the expense as well.  Village collectivity, whether it should be in the form of administrative organization or villager’s shareholding enterprise system, has to be decided by villagers through democratic ballot.
      By doing this, national expenditure would be reduced to a large extent.  There would be no Villagers’ burden too.  Corruption from rural regime would be rooted out completely.  Rural economic system would adapt to international economic change.
      State-owned and group enterprises should be changed to full worker-ownership enterprise.
      Does anyone know that this is the greatest economic systematic reform?  Under this condition, what kind of change will take place in Chinese economy?  What’s China’s position in world economic development?
      Do Chinese economists know the math and economic mode in tax wavier for city and country people?
      Do Chinese economists know the math and economic mode in the income growth rate of low-class people not less than 1/2 of the economic growth?  Can they handle it?  Dear people’s servants, the economic failure in these years lies here.  Don’t you see us using the math and economic description to remind you?  Do you have any way to change the basic life in China’s lowest level-country life?
