To defend its position or interests, the CCP frequently employs propaganda tactics that invert right and wrong and rely on specious arguments.
Instead of directly addressing critical questions or facing reality, it evades core issues—often by shifting the topic—in an attempt to persuade others and glorify its own authoritarian dictatorship.
For instance, the CCP claims that the Communist Party operates within the bounds of the Constitution and the law; thus, the Party is subject to the law and bound by its regulations.
Yet, it simultaneously claims that because the Communist Party is the ruling party—capable of proposing the enactment or repeal of laws—it stands *above* the law in that sense.
Such an argument is truly shameless.
As a political organization, the Communist Party must be either subject to the law or above it; it is logically impossible for it to be both at once.
In essence, this sophistry reveals that the Communist Party is completely lawless: its will *is* the law, and its status places it above the state—and even further above the law itself.
