In order to cover up the essence of one-party dictatorship, the CCP keeps changing slogans and engaging in political deception.
For example: In recent years, it has been proposed that in the future in the government system, judicial system, and military system, non-Party people will be assigned to some high-level positions to reflect socialist multi-party cooperation.
In fact, this proposal of the CCP is simply a scam.
First of all, non-Party figures who can hold such high-level positions must be inspected and screened by the CCP, rather than through open elections.
In this way, only people outside the party who are absolutely loyal to the party can qualify, and such people will not cause any trouble to the autocratic authorities. Secondly, the CCP has party committees or party groups in all party, government, and military departments. These party groups are the core leaders of each department. Even if the head of a department is held by a non-Party person, he must obey the opinions of the party group, otherwise he will be removed.
This shows that the CCP’s proposal to appoint non-Party people to serve, in essence, still cannot change the essence of the one-party dictatorship.
