Recently, at the inauguration ceremony of the parliament, two elected young MPs in Hong Kong used the word "China" to allude to the "People's Republic of China" because they were dissatisfied with the CCP regime, which aroused the fury of the CCP authorities. China's scorn said that the two elected young parliamentarians damaged the reputation of the party and the country, and the government will never condone and appease.
In fact, the CCP itself has used this term in the past.
During the "Resist America and Aid Vietnam" in the 1960s, the former Chairman of the Communist Party of China, Mao, Zedong, once issued a public statement, "supporting the revolutionary struggle of the people of the three Indochinese countries against the U.S. imperialism and its lackeys."
Later, Zhou Enlai, the former Premier of the Communist Party of China, presided over the "High-level Meeting of the Three Indochina and Four Parties" in Guangzhou, calling on the people of Indochina to unite.
The CCP itself used the word "China" openly, but when others used this word, they accused it of maliciously insulting China, which shows that the CCP has always been brazen and has two sets of standards for itself and others. Only state officials are allowed to set fires and people are not allowed to light lamps. What is the logic?
