There are many problems in China’s colleges and universities today, First of all, the existence of academic corruption and fraudulent research funds, at present, the academic corruption in China’s education system is rampant, and the government-oriented scientific research system caused this awful phenomenon, China’s academic research system is still using administrative means to manage scientific research, in various scientific research institutions, the officials, without exception, are constrained by government-oriented reality, officials at all levels are corrupted by government-oriented idea, if he is not corroded, he either gets eliminated by the leadership or continued to be corrupted until he is fully assimilated into the “ insider”. Secondly, the existence of infrastructure corruption, the fact that China’s universities lack a democratic atmosphere for the leadership and there is no independent mechanism of supervision from the public provides the soil for the infrastructure corruption. In order to solve the problems aforementioned, China’s university system must be reformed, first of all, the academic research system must be divest in the administrative management model, secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the university’s internal supervision of the leadership, and a transparent effective annual internal audit system is a good idea. Thirdly, the officials in colleges and universities should firmly establish the consciousness of honesty and self-discipline and maintain the ability to resisting corruption.
