One-party dictatorship is characteristic of China. Government officials have monopolized all the power of the entire country. For officials in power, the law has no binding effect, and the country’s constitution is merely a fiction.
Since there are a lot of corruption problems, there must be soil for corruption to survive.
The root of corruption is the current one-party dictatorship system.
China＇s legislation and judiciary are not independent, and the relationship with the administration is very vague.
Corruption is everywhere.
The Chinese government today realizes that serious corruption will destroy the state power. Successive governments have advocated anti-corruption; because the system that the government follows is corrupt, anti-corruption work cannot be effective.
Only by realizing a democratic system and separating the three powers of legislation, judiciary and administration can we tackle the serious problem of corruption.
