Some celebrated the recently announced Two Child Policy by the Communist Party of China. They took it as a sign of the improvement of Chinese human right. However, look beyond the surface, the improvement is nothing more than a false appearance. The truth is Communist Party of China never loosens the control. Let’s take a closer look at Two Child Policy. December 27th, 2015, Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress passed the amendment for Family planning policy to have Two-child policy effective from Jan 1st, 2016. This is not the human right improvement only the countermeasure to the “Exclusive Two Child Policy” which failed to bring in the expected birth rate. As long as Communist Party of China keep enforcing the so-called Family planning policy, as long as National Population and Family Planning Commission still exists, whether it’s One Child Policy or Two Child Policy or Three Child Policy, it does not change the fact that it＇s a violation of basic human right to the Chinese people.
