Liu, Xiuying: Communist Party still refuses to future judicial reform judicial independence
刘秀英(Liu, Xiuying)
Chinese mainland judicial system by the Chinese Communist Party's control, can not be independent of trials, serious judicial corruption, resulting in a large number of miscarriages of justice.
Social justice last line of defense useless, causing people to intense criticism, strongly urge the authorities to implement the provisions of the Constitution on judicial independence ----- "People's Court in accordance with the law to exercise judicial power independently, free from administrative organs, social organizations or individuals . "
But the Communist Party continues to prevail ignored.
The Supreme Court recently issued advice on the mainland to deepen judicial reform, judicial reform in China for the next five years of planning, the basic principles which guide the reform, they are still adhere to Communist Party leadership to ensure judicial reform and always adhere to the correct political orientation, emphasizing the continuing Communist Party played overall situation and coordinating the core of leadership of the parties, the real Chinese Communist Party's leadership, people are the masters, the organic unity of the rule of law.
The actual situation in China is that, regardless of the CPC to make any reform of the judiciary, administration, democracy and so on, as long as strengthening the leadership of the CPC reiterated the party's Communist Party to play a central role, bones or maintain one-party authoritarian system to ensure families continue to monopolize power red is simply false reform, a new name of deceptive tricks.
Proves once again that the Chinese Communists do not want to give up the dictatorial powers, no sincerity for reform, only empty words do not do real work, people have long seen through this dirty trick.
