Although Chinese economy has taken a great progress for the last 20 years, accompanying with serious environment pollution. Great efforts have been taken on dealing with environment pollution by government, however, which still is not able to be solved radically that the newly ones continue to come up. The pollution increases average energy consumption, carbon dioxide and continue increasing amount of toxic gas discharge and industrial wastewater has been discharged into air without treatment.
Many officials of Chinese government just remains the environment protection and energy saving putting on the writing level and never done any other actions. The officials indulge the commercial industries in polluting environment in order to gain more political achievements, increase industrial value of gross output and local economic benefits. In one hand, some local governments curb environmental pollution, on the other hand, which keep going on making pollution. Such kind of methods could not govern environment pollution effectively.
Keep clean and beautiful environment is the common aim to all people around the world that so many other countries all broaden protection to environment by the governments. We appeal Chinese government for taking responsibility of making contributions for environment protection , which should adjust industrial structure actively with decreasing energy consumption gradually, promoting technology of pollution reduction and protecting eco-environment of China effectively.
