The Only Way for Chinese Army is to be Nationalized
---strongly protest that Chinese Communist government uses army to persecute Chinese people

At 11am, July 31, 2012, nearly 200 China Democracy Party members came to the Chinese Consulate General in New York to hold a rally. The theme of today’s rally is “The only way for Chinese army is to be nationalized!”, “strongly protest that Chinese Communist government uses army to persecute Chinese people!” The former lieutenant commander, current Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of China Democracy Journal Mr. Wang, Jun attended the rally, and also delivered an important speech. And several China Democracy Party members made speeches there.

At present, the Chinese army does not belong to the country and people; it is completely under the control of Chinese Communist regime. The Chinese Communist party uses the party to govern the country, uses the party to direct the army. The Chinese army has become a tool for the Chinese Communist party to guard their own interest. The Chinese Communist regime makes its organization penetrate into every level in the army; the Chinese army will do whatever they ask. On June 4, 1989, the Chinese Communist regime commanded the Chinese army enter into Beijing city. Driving tanks, armored vehicles, and using machine guns, the fully armed Chinese army brutally suppressed these unarmed students and civilians. In the past many years, Covered by the saying of “quell the riot”, “maintain stability”, the Chinese Communist regime used army to suppress the Chinese people who were in pursuit of democracy and human rights several times.

The national army’s mission is to defend the country’s territorial integrity, and the security of people. The national army under a democratic system would not be involved in the dispute between the parties, and would also not participate in the power struggle between politicians. The army under a democratic system belongs to the nation, military command belonged to the elected government and always remain neutral in politics.

The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of China Democracy Journal Mr. Wang, Jun said in the rally, we still remembered clearly that at the beginning of 2011, Tunisia and Egypt broke out a large-scale public group protest called “Jasmine Revolution”. The Tunisian president Ben Ali fled to Saudi Arabia on January 14, 2011, the 23-year dictatorship of Tunisia collapsed. Its neighbor Egypt, under the guidance of “Jasmine Revolution”, People there started a bigger size anti-government rally, protesting against the dictatorial president Hosni Mubarak and his government. On February 11, 2011, the president Hosni Mubarak who had ruled Egypt for 30 years announced to resign; the Egyptian people got the victory. The key to the victory of Egypt’s revolution is that the army did not suppress the people; the soldiers did not shoot people. The army in Egypt is a national army, the army and soldiers were under great influence by people. Though some soldiers still listened to Mubarak’s command, most of the soldiers remained neutral. This is the root reason of the end of Egypt’s corrupted government and authoritarian president.

Wang, Jun pointed out that during the 60 years of Chinese Communist Party’s dictatorship, the Chinese society has a serious disparity between the rich and the poor, the economy is imbalanced, the society is unfair and injustice, the ecological environment has been damaged seriously. The problems exists in employment, education, food safety, demolition, petitions and other aspects, all these have a directive relationship with government official corruption. In order to defend their rights, many local people gathered together to protest. The Chinese Communist regime used army and police which were under their control to suppress people, using the name of “maintain stability”. There is a basic future in today’s democratic countries, the army belongs to the country and the country belongs to the people. This feature is the standard to measure that if a country has entered modern civilization and progress or not. Without the army belongs to the country and the people, there would be nothing belong to the country and the people. Today’s Chinese Communist regime prevents the army to be nationalized, that also means they do not want to give a way to the Chinese army, to the Chinese soldiers. The only way for Chinese army is to be nationalized, and this is also the only way for China.
