Oppose to China Communist Regime’s Stirring up Inside Conflicts among Political Cliques

——Demand the Implement Of a Democratic Constitutional System of Multi-Parties Taking Turns on Government in China

About 11:00am on April 3, 2012, more than two hundred members of China Democracy Party participated in a rally held in front of China Consulate General in New York. The topic of today’s rally is: oppose to China communist regime’s stirring up inside conflicts among political cliques. China Democracy Party clearly states that: the promotion of political reform is the only way for the Chinese society to go out of predicament, that is to say the realization of separation of the legislative, executive, and judicial powers, and the implement of a democratic constitutional system of multi-parties taking turns on government in China. Mr. Jun Wang, the chairman of China Democracy Party as well as the proprietor of “China Democracy Journal”, attended today’s rally and made a speech.
Chongqing city government has been in a busy state since Lijun Wang event took place in the beginning of February, 2012. As Chongqing city was the provisional capital during the period of the Republic of China, China Communist Party takes much count of the city. Qinag Wen’s out of the saddle, followed by the investigation into Lijun Wang, and Xilai Bo’s being deposed, it seems that Chongqing becomes a new political arena of China Communist Party’s power struggle. The Lijun Wang event and Xilai Bo event indicate that the China communist government is in a period of political unrest. The recent advances in the Xilai Bo event have been catching the public’s attention. People’s focus on the progress of the Xilai Bo event, as a matter of fact, they are paying close attention to the event’s relationship with the China communist political cliques’ power struggles. Although the internal conflicts taking place among the political cliques enter white-hot stage, all the political cliques are in agreement on maintenance of the China communist regime’s stability and harmony. Only a stable and harmonious China communist regime, will ensure the “absolute leadership” of China communist regime, and will guarantee the party’s first principal and target of “the interests of the party come before everything else”. Between the political cliques and the interest groups, there is a political foundation, that is, the stability and harmony of China communist regime provide support and safeguard for all corrupt officials.

He said that the Xilai Bo event could be considered as a localized coup of the China communist government. Xilai Bo’s downfall offers his political opponents a chance to win political interest.

Picture 3: Chairman Jun Wang clearly put forward a claim on behalf of China Democracy Party: the promotion of political reform is the only way for the Chinese society to go out of predicament, that is to say the realization of separation of the legislative, executive, and judicial powers, and the implement of a democratic constitutional system of multi-parties taking turns on government.

Mr. Jun Wang, the chairman of China Democracy Party, as well as the proprietor of “China Democracy Journal”, made a speech during the rally. He said that the Xilai Bo event could be considered as a localized coup of the China communist government. Xilai Bo’s downfall offers his political opponents a chance to win political interest. What the world as well as the Chinese people can learn from the Lijun Wang event and Xilai Bo event is that the Chinese government is not as stable and harmonious as the China Communist Party claims. The fact proves that China’s political system is an unsteady and inharmonic system. Such system results in tanks, armored cars, and armed soldiers marching to Beijing Tiananmen Square in the summer of 1989; such system incurs the occurrence of the Lijun Wang event and Xilai Bo event.
Mr. Jun Wang said that the Xilai Bo event makes the Chinese people know what “Chongqing Model” is, what “cracking down criminal gangs, singing ‘red songs’, and common prosperity” are. As a government official, he can’t use the people as neither political chips nor political connon fodder; officials should do more work and have less talk, obey popular will, and win popular support. People will never forget those who actually serve them.
Mr. Jun Wang said, “China’s Premier Jiabao Wen said that economic outcomes China gains from “Reform and Opening-up” would lose if China does not make a reform. The commonplace premier told the truth in the final period of his term of office, and also he implied the China communist government’s frustration and helplessness.” Bangguo Wu, the second most powerful man of the China communist government, put forward “six laws” to refuse political reform at the Standing Committee of National People’s Congress in March, 2011. It can be seen that the political cliques of the China communist government disagree about China’s political reform. China Democracy Party clearly states that the only way to raise the hopes of China and the Chinese people is cultivating opposition party, establishing the opposition, and implementing a democratic constitutional system of multi-parties taking turns on government. We believe that a Chinese government with a democratic constitutional system of multi-parties taking turns on government will satisfactorily deal with the relationship among government, parties, and constitution.

A Chinese government with democratic constitutionalism will satisfactorily deal with the relationship among government, parties, and constitution.
