Rally of “Strongly demand democratic elections in China---implement the separation of executive, legislative and judicial powers in China

11 AM of March 6, 2012, more than 200 CDP members came to the Chinese General Consulate in New York for the rally, the topic of today’s rally is: strongly demand democratic elections in China! The Chinese Democracy Party stated clearly in the rally: demand the implementation of democratic political reform in China; only under a democratic system will China be able to establish a political system with the separation of executive, legislative and judicial powers, and the military forces will be owned by the nationals and can protect national sovereignty and interests of the Chinese people, and will prevent government’s power becoming a tool of the corrupted officials or cadres; achieve the freedom of news media and freedom of speech, so that news media can fully express the will of the Chinese people, and function well enough to be a means of supervision of public opinion, and prevent corruption, protect democracy, freedom, human rights and the rule of law. The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal> Wang, Jun attended today’s rally and delivered an important speech.
Every March, the Chinese government’s two important meetings “National People’s Congress” and “the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference” are held in Beijing.Every representative attending the two important meetings is already settled inside or recommended by the party officials or cadres, and is actually a black-box operation. The so-called “open election” exists in name only, and is a show to deceive the ordinary people. And later on, they will claim that these representatives are selected by a democratic “open election”, and can represent common majority people’s wish.Whereas these representatives of “National People’s Congress” and “the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference” spend taxpayers’ money to live in luxury hotels and eat delicacies.During the two big meetings, various news media both inside and outside of China come there for interviews.Media which controlled by the Chinese Communist government have to report fully the two big meetings’ content, thus everything on the Television and newspapers are all about the two important meetings, with pictures of the solemn meeting and lovely smiling representatives, as well as their “serious” and “responsible” attitude.
Just take a look at the behavior of these two big meetings’ representatives, they all act like they have been entrusted by the ordinary people, as if they were the masters of this country; yet when you listen to their rhetoric words, all is actually ridiculous, but they still claim they are on behalf of the Chinese people, and can speak for the people, also they solve people’s problems. There are some other representatives shamelessly say that they are here to offer advice and suggestions for the country.Apparently these are all big empty words, and jargon. It seems that there is no poverty problem in China, no unequal opportunities or corruption in China, or no persecution over dissidents and other people who petition their complaints. The whole situation is excellent according to them. As a matter of fact, these so-called representatives are not selected by democratic elections, and therefore they cannot speak for the majority Chinese people. As many Chinese people put it more precisely: we don’t know these people and they do not have the right to represent us; their talk is not our voice; we demand democratic elections to select our representatives, and we need to make our own voices heard.

Pic 2: Wang, Jun pointed out that the Chinese people joke the CCP’s two important meetings are acting like rubber stamp. The two big meetings are held every year. However, ordinary people still cannot afford to see a doctor, or buy medicine, buy their own houses, or even cannot have enough food.

Pic 3: According to their self-claimed purpose, the two big meetings of CCP should take tangible improvements of people’s livelihood as the main issue, and improve the human right situation in China, promote democratic political reform and truly achieve democratic elections, so that China can step into the path of democracy, freedom human rights and the rule of law as soon as possible.

The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal> Wang, Jun delivered an important speech in the rally; he said that in March of every year, the Chinese Communist government’s two big meetings appear one after another on stage; the representatives are all appointed by central of local Chinese Communist authorities, or settled down by high-ranking officials in the CCP; these representatives dressed themselves in high-quality fashions and ride modern means of transport to get together in Beijing.During the meetings, they can only follow the CCP’s leadership, and can never speak for or fight for this country’s future or people’s interests; they are just singing the praises for the Chinese Communist regime. In the Chinese society where the ruling CCP is a long-term dictator, people cannot speak publicly, the people's right of freedom of speech is denied, where should the people go to speak? Today, everything about the country and the people will have to be decided by the so-called representatives; do they understand ordinary people’s hard work? Can they help the ordinary people with their difficult life as well as the hearts of grievances? No! Because the meetings "representative" designated by the government only represent of the autocratic government, but do not represent the people.
Wang Jun pointed out that the Chinese people joke the CCP’s two important meetings are acting like rubber stamp. The two big meetings are held every year, yet ordinary people still cannot afford to see a doctor, and buy their own houses, or even cannot have enough food.It stands to reason that as the government's "two big meetings", they should take tangible improvements in people's livelihood as the main issue, and improve human rights, promote democratic political reform, and finally achieve democratic elections as soon as possible so that China will step into the path of democracy, freedom, human rights and the rule of law; Only in this way, they could meet the interests and aspirations of the Chinese people.
Several CDP members spoke at the rally, strongly demanded democratic elections in China, and establish the separation of legislative, judicial, and executive powers in China, and punish corrupted officials, protect the interests of the people, so that the Chinese people can be their real masters.
