At 12:00 PM of February 28, 2012, more than 50 CDP members came to the United Nations Square for a rally, calling on the United Nations and international community to pay attention to the CDP member Chen, Shuqing who has been arrested by Chinese Communist Party; strongly demand the Chinese Communist government to immediately release Chen, Shuqing! Strongly demand ending the one-party dictatorship of Chinese Communist Party and establishing a democratic China! The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal> Wang, Jun attended today’s rally and delivered an important speech. The person in charge of Tibetan Freedom and human right organization, Ms. Ge, Lifang from the organization of yuanmindatongmeng made a short speech in the rally.
The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal> Mr. Wang, Jun called on the United Nations and international community, at the rally in front of the United Nations Square, to pay attention to the CDP member Chen, Shuqing who has been arrested by the Chinese Communist Party! Wang, Jun pointed out that China is a member of the United Nations, and is therefore obligated to obey the Universal Declaration of Human Rights made by the United Nations. The Chinese Communist government has to fulfill their promise to better improve the human right condition in China, and protect human rights of the Chinese people. The one-party dictatorship in China has existed in China for a long time, but it is imposed on the Chinese people forcibly by the Chinese Communist Party. After sixty years, the Chinese people have realized that the CCP is not a saver for the Chinese people but rather a dictatorial regime that brutally persecute its citizens. The Chinese Communist Party extremely fear democracy, freedom, human right and rule of law; also they fear the democratic political system in which multiple parties take turns to be the nation’s governor. Therefore, the Chinese Communist government exhausted every possible means to persecute China Democracy Party members; on February 10, 2012, they heavily sentenced the CDP member Zhu, Yufu, from CDP Headquarters in Zhejiang Province, to 7 years in prison, who has already served a nine year prison sentence.On February 21, another CDP member from CDP Headquarters in Zhejiang, Chen, Shuqing, was arrested. We hereby express our strong protest against that.Strongly demand the Chinese Communist government to immediately release CDP member Zhu, Yufu, Chen, Shuqing!Immediately release all the arrested CDP members and other dissidents.

The representative of Tibetan Freedom and Human right .The Chinese communist government uses forces to crackdown in Tibet, the whole people of Tibet uprise against Chinese violence, aggression, leading to the Dalai Lama into exile for half a century. On March 10, 2008, Tibetan demonstrations to commemorate the uprising forty-ninth anniversary intensified, on March 14, it turned into riots in Lhasa and many parts of the Tibetan government in exile, the violent repression of the Chinese authorities, resulting in two hundred reservoirs people were killed. The next few years, in the Tibet region there are several outbreaks of armed violence of the Chinese communist government crackdown on monks’ event.

Chinese Democratic Party chairman Wang, Jun said, the Chinese Democratic Party supports the rights of the Tibetan people's struggle for freedom and human rights, and called on the Chinese Communist government to stop the use of violence in Tibet, also called on the Chinese Communist government to respect the Tibetan people for their freedom to choose religious belief, respect for the cultural life of the Tibetan people; called on the UN together with the international community be concerned about the human rights situation in Tibet.
Chinese LCV representative Ms. Ge Lifang at the rally said that the Chinese communist government forced the demolition is a serious violation of people's personal safety, a serious violation of the right of residence of the people, a serious violation of public housing property. Strongly urge the Chinese Communist Government compensation for losses caused by forced evictions housing to the public
