At 5:00PM of February, 2012, more than fifty CDP members held a protest in front of the Embassy of the PRC in the U.S in Washington D.C. Strongly protest that the Chinese Communist government severely sentenced CDP member Mr. Zhu, Yufu once again! Strongly protest that Chinese Communist government persecutes CDP members and other dissidents! Strongly demand the Chinese Communist government to immediately release CDP member Mr. Zhu, Yufu! The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal> Wang, Jun delivered an important speech at the congregation.
The human rights condition in China has been a problem since long time ago, which is a fact that does not match the ideology of “a harmonious society”.It is the Chinese Communist government that has serious human rights violations.The Chinese government has laws, yet is not ruled by law but rather ruled by CCP members.As for countries where human rights violations are never rare cases, United Nations Commission on Human Rights terms them as countries with bad human rights record.According to the current human rights condition in China, China suffices to be a country with bad human rights record.The Chinese societies, from the government and the ruling party to all the government officials, always have no regard for laws and have a practice of persecuting ordinary people and violating human rights. For more than sixty years, human rights violations happened everywhere across China; CDP members are arrested, sentenced, detained; human rights guardians are also arrested, sentenced and detained; people who go to make complaint are forced to leave and return, or even beaten and imprisoned.Numerous facts have proved that because of Chinese government officials'dishonest actions there is no human right in modern-day China.
The Chairman of CDP and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal> Wang, Jun stated in the congregation that, one week ago, an eye-catching incident happened in China that Wang, Lijun, the former vice-mayor and chief of police of Chongqing City, well-known for cracking down on the mafia, disguised himself and fled to the US Consulate in Chengdu.One day later, Wang, Lijun walked out of the US Consulate, and immediately was taken to Beijing by CCP.Thereafter, it initiated a heated discussion of “the political transfer inside the CCP”on the Internet.Although the incident of Wang, Lijun still under investigation, and no conclusion is given, this incident indicates that the dictatorship of CCP and its corruption is resulted from the authoritarian political system; also indicates that the future of China is not “stability has the top priority”, nor it can be determined by the Communist party; the future of China lies in the democratic political reform.Chairman Wang, Jun pointed out that, the CDP member Mr. Zhu, Yufu has already served nine years sentence in Chinese Communist Party’s prison; on February 10, 2012, he was severely sentenced for seven years in prison once again; this is a result of the current situation in China under the authoritarian CCP’s leadership, where there is no human right or laws, and lacks justice.Mr. Zhu, Yufu was sentenced because of his words, and his basic human rights have been deprived by the CCP.If someone was deprived of his basic human rights, then he will lose his dignity and the basic protection.The Chinese people living in China are enabled to have various constitutional rights; one of the basic ones is the human right.However, China is country ruled by CCP members, thus the Constitution exists in name only; whenever the Chinese government officials perform their powers, they trample on human rights at their own will; thus there is no human right for the people living in China. Some of the Chinese people are not aware of the definition of human right, not even to say that human right is a basic right that everyone is born with, or how to fight for human right.Therefore, to better improve the human right condition in China is a tremendous load and a long way to go, also an important job for the Chinese government.
