February 7, 11AM, more than two hundred Chinese Democracy Party members came to the front of China consulate general in New York and held rally about "Protest strongly to against that Communist Party of China illegally trialed China Democracy Party member Zhu,Yufu again!", "Protest strongly Communist Party of China persecute China Democracy Party members and dissidents!", "please donate to China Democracy Party members in the jail and their family members!", The Chairman of China Democracy Party, President of "China Democracy Journal”, Wang, Jun attended today＇s rally, and presented an important speech.
Mr. Zhu, Yufu is one of the founders of China Democracy Party, was born on February 13, 1953, now is 59 years old. He was important China Democracy leader in Zhejiang province for long time. Mr. Zhu, Yufu established major publication of “April-May Journal” in 1979, and was elected as leader. On June 1998, he actively joined in China Democracy Party preparation work. After Zhejiang organization committee was established in June 25, 1998, he send out “China Democracy Zhejiang organization committee established public declaration " in the street and was held by policemen for 48 hours. He was elected as secretary-general of Zhejiang organization committee working group on November 8, 1998 and preparatory committee of China Democracy Party organization committee. He was caught by Communist Party of China in September 15, 1999, and sentenced to imprisonment seven years as "to subvert state power of sin" by Communist Party of China, deprived of political rights 3 years, September 15, 2006 went out of jail. April 2007, Zhu, Yufu second time was sentenced to imprisonment for two years as "disrupt public crime", in April 2009, after serving 18years, he went out of jail.
On March 5, 2011 Zhu，Yufu was caught by Communist Party of China police directly from his home, on April 11, 2011, Mr. Zhu, Yufu formally arrested by Communist Party of China authorities as "suspected to the sin of subvert the state power". In the same while, they took away Zhu Yufu’s computer, mobile phone, articles, books and stuff. January 17, 2012, Communist Party of China authorities prosecuted him as "sin of instigate to subvert state power ". January 31, 2012 9:00 am, Communist Party of China government illegally trialed China Democracy Party member Zhu, Yufu again as "sin of instigate to subvert state power" and announced will choose one day to publicly sentence. The people allowed to participate the hearing are only his wife Jiang, HangLi and their kid, Zhu, Yufu’s defense lawyer is Li, Baiguang lawyer and Li, Guoyong lawyer. Many China Democracy members of Hangzhou and right protection activists were taken away by local police from home, arrest at home cannot go out.

Zhu, Yufu said, there have to be sacrifice, he has to be caught into jail, if continue to do the democracy activity, he strives for the ideal, has the preparation to die in prison. Today, Mr. Zhu, Yufu once again was caught by Communist Party of China, once again was trialed illegally, fully demonstrated that Mr. Zhu, Yufu doesn’t fear of death in order to realize democracy.
Wang, jun said, Communist Party of China government persecutes China Democracy Party members for long time, its method is very cruel, and many imprisoned China Democracy Party members were damage both in the physical and spirit; Li, Hong, China Democracy Party member of Zhejiang province, was persecuted to die, China Democracy Party member of Hunan province; Li, Wangyang persecuted to blind, China Democracy Party member of Sichuan province, Wang, Seng got diabetes in prison, didn＇t get the humanitarian heal then his illness was worse, and so on. Not only these, China Communist Party government also don’t let China Democracy Party members' families have good life, over the years, a large number of Chinese Democrats families were also got the harassment and threats by China Communist Party government, their lives have been discriminated and unfair treated, some members’ families lost job mysteriously and lost revenue sources, their family life went to the dilemma. For many years, us China Democracy party in oversea tried our utmost hard and care to help these China Democracy Party members in China with their though live and family members, has been trying to do the best for their families on a humanitarian the donation.
China Democracy Party held rally in the front of the consulate general in New York, protested strongly to against that Communist Party of China government illegally trialed China Democrats Zhu, Yufu once again! Require to release Zhu, Yufu immediately! At the same while, called China democratic to learn to hero Mr. Zhu, Yufu. The China Democratic Party members, who in the rally was outraged, all accused that the Communist Party of China government illegally trialed China Democracy Party member Zhu, Yufu, and demanded the government stopping the persecution of China Democracy Party members.
