Strong Demand on Chinese Government’s crackdown on Corrupting Officials of CCP
--Outcry for the Establishment of Political System of Separation of Three Powers in China
At 11o’clock in the morning of Dec. 6, 2011, over two hundred members of China Democracy Party(shorthand as CDP hereafter) rallied in front of Chinese Counsel General to US, New York branch. The main purpose of this gathering is to express CDP members’ request for Chinese government to strike out severe crackdown on Chinese Communist Party(shorthand as CCP hereafter) corrupting officials and also establish so-called western “checks and balance” political system (also called “separation of powers”), allowing all opposing parties to voice and take power of the country by turns. Members also voiced their demand that China should realize democracy, freedom, human rights and rule of law. Mr. Jun Wang, chairman of CDP and CDJ( shorthand of China Democracy Journal hereafter), attended and also made a speech on this gathering. In this assembly, Chairman Jun Wang also introduced the new appointed Minister of Organization Mr. Zhushan Jin, whose speech was well-received by other party members although this was his first-time public speaking as the Minister of Organization.
The totalitarianism and dictatorship of CCP has ruled China for 62 years, leaving no room for checks and balances, multi-party rotating system, let alone democratic constitution. Therefore, it is not only a totalitarian government, but also an interest group. As long as you belong to this group, you can have a legitimate position in the government. Under the control of CCP, your benefits will also be well protected as well as your life. Due to the lack of independent judicial supervision system, the absolute power is enjoyed by CCP officials, who only have the responsibility to report to CCP and superiors. This power is beyond the reach of law, taking no duty to ordinary people’s supervision whatsoever; this power can be employed in behind-the-scene trade power for money through illegal penetration, hence the endless flowing money to the pockets of CCP corrupting members. Among such corruption of power, the most serious embezzlement lies in where is bestowed with greatest power.

Picture 3: Chairman Jun Wang pointed out that corruption of CCP officials harms both the stability of the country and the well-beings of Chinese government, hence a huge disaster to the country and its people. Chinese people should be encouraged to voice their demand on Chinese government to crackdown on such pernicious crime, otherwise they will not have peace.

CCP does not rule Chinese society alone, but also all national resources, thus enslaving all Chinese physically and mentally. The worst part of it is that people even are not allowed to sue them. It is not correct to say that all officials are doomed to be greedy. They go bad by means of corrupting. As a matter of fact, almost all officials made up their minds to be respectable and honest. But , when executing powers, they find that what they have on hand is not controlled by neither law nor people. Therefore, some of officials are succumbed to the seduction of material benefits and become more and more greedy. In the meantime, those venal officials are also a member of the whole society, so they cannot live off it. The society has a great impact on them. On account of the long-existed dictatorship, Chinese officials are spurred on to chase after money under the acquiesced advocate of value of money, personal interest, personal achievement, luxury consumption and overly entertaining enjoyment. It can be well said that the shared feature of corrupting officials is that they all pursue of maximization of their personal gains. The existence of absolute power contribute most to the severity of China’s corruption among government especially CCP officials.
