Mu, Chen: The realization of democratic system in China has advantages of anti-corruption
牟辰(Mu, Chen)
The social system in China is a corrupt and autocratic system and the amount of officials involving corruption is becoming more and more gradually under autocratic system; Chinese government has taken measures to stop spread of corruption and built government agencies of anti-corruption. Besides, it also punishes a large amount of officials and politicians involving corruption.
CCP government investigates and punishes corrupt officials, on the other hand, it also concerns about the stability of CCP regime. Therefore, the anti-corruption meeting of government is always declaring to increase the vigor of anti-corruption sharply; however, the practice vigor of hitting officials’ corruption is very small. CCP considers exaggerated vigor of anti-corruption may damage the safety and stability of CCP regime and have influence on so-called image of government.
The conditions of anti-corruption’s success are to supervise and limit power effectively, realize independence of legislation, administration and judicature and carry out laws strictly. They are very important for China to give up decayed autocratic system to establish a social system of democracy, freedom, human rights and laws.
