At eleven o’clock on Sep 27, 2011, more than two hundred CDP members went to Chinese Consulate-General in NY to make the rally, and the topic today is “Strongly request to establish a voted government in China! Firmly support CDP member He, Depu’s advocating democratic election in China!” China Democracy Party requests in the rally specifically that both democratic election and multi-party democratic constitutional system must be realized in China. The chairman of China Democracy Party and proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” Mr. Wang, Jun participates in the rally and makes speech.
In the morning of Sep 12, 2011, in Vineyard Estate Zhanlan Road Westtown District in Beijing held the social work practice of electing NPC deputy. More than ten candidates and part of citizens participated in the election, and citizen in Beijing and CDP member Mr. He, Depu attended the election work as strategist.
Several citizen candidates publish united announcement of running in election of deputies to the NPC: We are the ordinary citizens in Beijing, who insist in preventing legal rights and interests in long-term and endeavoring to assist vulnerable groups’ rights. In the process of preventing rights, we profoundly feel the difficulty for ordinary citizens to communicate with government, NPC, court and procuratorate and we wish to find the deputy to the NPC to assist us to reflect and solve problems to government and related departments. However, we can’t find the deputy to the NPC speaking for vulnerable groups.

Because the whole event has a open and transparent election procedure and the meaning of open and transparent is to promote Chinese election towards just and fair to promote the change of direction of Chinese election to democratic change. However, this election event happening under the frame of present Chinese political system, so this kind of election isn’t the real democratic election.
Chairman Wang, Jun says that various elections of Chinese government happen each year and the most people see is the election of deputy to the NPC; electors are always “decided internally” by Chinese government as candidates. “Decided internally” is elected by government in private and determined internally. As for open election, it is just making fashion. Finally, officials came out to report the result and call it as “democratic election” altisonantly, being said to stand for people’s willing, so this is said as “democratic election” by Chinese government.
CCP government has played politics for a long time and made use of the means of darkness, concealment and treatment to govern the society; in Chinese society there is only one party in office-CCP, the officials are very corruptive, so there are so many disadvantages in this society and the press under controlling of government always made up false story to treat people. They confuse right and wrong, call the badness to goodness and speak danger as safety. If it’s good for their authority, they will compile the lies one by one. As the party in office, CCP won’t give up their autocracy, carry out democratic election in public or allow Chinese people to elect government and officials.
Now that Chinese government doesn’t allow the exits of democracy in any form, why does it advertise the so-called “democracy” anywhere? The aim is just making show to both people in China and international society. As long as the appearance of real democracy, CCP will be worried of the threatening to their autocracy and make brutal measures to suppress it. This is the real reason why CCP refuses democratic election.
Chinese people are unwilling to allow CCP to continue governing for a long time and Chinese people wish to elect the government by democratic election; if only elect the government by people, the government will be honest and control officials’ corruption efficiently; only the government elected by people can protect people’s basic human rights and wear the pants for people in fact to promote China towards the road of multi-party democratic constitutional road.
