In the morning on Sep 12, 2011(mid-autumn festival), thirteen candidates and part of citizens in Beijing hold the social work practice of electing NPC deputy in Vineyard Estate Zhanlan Road Westtown District.

I want to be the deputy and please vote for me
My name is Ye, Jingchun and I have lived in vineyard estate for more than fifty years. In recent decade’s years, I insist in protecting my lawful rights and interests and try my best to help vulnerable groups. In the process of protecting rights, I have felt the difficulty for ordinary people to communicate with government, NPC, Court and procuratorate, so I wish I could find the deputy of NPC to assist us to reflect and solve questions to the government and department concerned. But I can’t find the deputy who speaks for ordinary people and vulnerable groups.
In autumn of 2011, the general election of NPC deputy for each five years has began and I have strong responsibility of that I want to be the deputy of NPC to make sure the eiders and children at neighborhood can find me at any times because I want to speak for them!
