More than two hundred members of CDP went to the Chinese Consulate General in NY and made a rally of "Congratulations on the member of CDP--Lv,Gengsong’s releasing and back with his family!","Strongly protest the government of CCP＇s arresting the members of CDP!And strongly request CCP release all the members of CDP in prison!"The chairman of China Democracy Party and proprietor of "China Democracy Journal"Wang,Jun participated the rally and made a speech.
Lv,Gengsong born in 1958 graduated from the university of Hangzhou with the major of history. He was a teacher in Zhejiang Public Security College, but he was fired because of his support on Pro-democracy. He wrote some books, such as“ The Malfeasants in China", "Build up impeachment system of people", "“Build up criminal joint liability system", "Buy officials, sell officials and officials kill officials", "Comment the social basis of Chinese black society at contemporary times" and "The main styles of Chinese black society at contemporary times" and so on. He was detained with the sins of “inciting subversion of state power” and "acquiring state secrets illegally" on Aug 24,2007.And then he was sentenced with the sins of "inciting subversion of state power" for four years on Feb 5,2008.Famous Zhejiang dissident writer, member of CDP Lv,Gengsong went out of the prison and went home with his family.
The press reported that his emotion seemed very well after his back home and he said he would not give up the democratic movements in China and struggle for it all his life. He told the journalist that "I think China under the leadership of CCP is a prison of various people and it is an abstract prison. We must save Chinese people out of this prison and the only method is democratic system."

Mr.Wang said,Lv,Gengsong was the important member of CDP in Zhejiang and he contributed a lot to the career of Chinese Democracy with Zhu,Yufu, Li,Hong, Wang,Rongqing, Chen,Shuqing, Wu, Yilong, Zhu, Zhengming, Mao,Qingxiang and so on. During the years of his staying in prison, the wave of corruption in China has boomed, such as toxic milk powder, toxic bread, toxic rice, and toxic vegetables and so on. There were so many events causing because of the food safety, and there were also other accidents, including breaking house down forcefully, requisition of land, and collapse of bridge and crash of trains. The reason of these accidents was not Lv,Gengsong and CDP. It was because of the serious limitations of Chinese present political system, and this caused that Chinese governmental and officials＇ power lack of powerful supervision and balance. In fact, the regime of CCP was to subvert state power really.
China needs a democratic constitutional system of multi-parties nowadays. Wang,Jun appealed that government of CCP must operate systematic reform according to the order of democratic constitutionalism. At the same time, he protested the government of CCP＇s arresting the members of CDP and requested CCP release all the members of CDP and dissidents in prison.
