At 11AM, July 5, 2011, more than 200 China Democracy Party members went to the Chinese Consulate-General in NY in extreme heat to rally “Strongly request a voted government to be established in China! To establish the separation of Legislation, Justice and Administration”. China Democracy Party pointed out at the rally that: the voted government must be established in China and the only outlet for China’s political reforms is the democratic and political system of multi-party ruling. China Democracy Party Chairman and China Democracy Journal Proprietor Wang, Jun attended and spoke at the rally. Some representatives from Chinese League of Victims in U.S were invited to the rally.
When a government is selected by the people, this government will not go against people’s will, will not risk to lose the trust of people for shaking its power base. Since the government is selected by people, people could vote for or against the government. When a government is a dictating government, its existence is illegitimate and its base is using violence, lying to people and abusing state resources. A dictating government is a interest union formed by a few people. For the interest of the few people, the dictating government would sacrifice most people’s interests to rob. The only purpose of the dictating government to execute its power is to maintain its dictating system; the few dictators’ interests represent everything. In order to maintain its dictatorship, the dictating government and government officials would put people at risk at anytime.

As long as the single-party ruling exists, it will commit crimes. CCP’s dictating government deprived of and suppressed Chinese people’s basic human rights, brainwashed people and made them an uncreative group that only knows about basic well-being. Under CCP’ dictatorship, China is lack of energy and its people are numb and lack of energy. Although Chinese can make their ends meet, they are not living a wealthy life. Since the dictating society is ruled by a few people, even when people are not satisfied or protesting, the dictating government will suppress them with dictating violence. For issues occurred under a dictating government, lies would be used to conceal. If it doesn’t work, excuses will be used to blame subjective matters, personal behaviors, external power, etc.
Wang, Jun pointed out that when issues occur under a voted government in democratic countries, the democratic system and programs can correct them. A voted government will obey democracy rules when executing its power. Under the management of a voted government, people will have basic human rights, its individual personality, and they will be energetic. People will keep alert to the voted government and own methods to push the government to correct its problems. This means that permanent problems won’t occur in a voted government. If the government refuses to correct its wrongs, they will be thrown out of the office. The existence of CCP’s dictating regime is the root of all wrongs, and it refuses to confess when issues occur, let alone being responsible for them. They even cover themselves up by controlling the media and executing deceiving promotions, so that people are fearful and believe that CCP is mysterious, always great, glorious and correct and that only under CCP’s leadership can Chinese live a happy life.
It has been proved that in the past 60 plus years, CCP’s dictating couldn’t provide people with a happy life and the grave flaws of the dictating system and corruption have caused a long-term distributing disparity and wealth which has made people living in poverty. Government officials make money through illegal ways, which has increased the burden on people. The conflicts have intensified and accelerated.
Chinese people don’t want the CCP’s dictatorship to last and wish to vote for a government. Only the voted government is a clear and effective government and can control the corruption issue effectively; only a voted government can protect people’s basic human rights, work for people and lead people onto the road of multi-party ruling.
