Luo, Xiaoshan: It depends on system and the environment to improve human rights

During the past 60 years when the Chinese Communist government has been ruling China, it uses violence to rule people, and to suppress and exploit people; therefore, Chinese people have no basic human rights. Currently, workers have been laid off, farmers have lost their farm land, and houses have been violently demolished. And they have been deprived their rights to protest, and to make a public speech to criticize and blame the government and officials.
Many regular residents have become poor, especially in the underdeveloped areas; some people are lack of food and basic medical treatment. However, the government officials from these areas are corruptive and violate the residents’ human rights. If anybody protests, and complains to a higher level of government office, they will be arrested, put into prison or even persecuted.
The human rights situation in China hasn’t been improved, but deteriorated. The promise of improving human rights by the government hasn’t been kept. To improve human rights, first solution is the system, the 2nd being the environment. The human rights situation can only be improved when the Chinese government terminates their dictatorship and realize democracy and freedom.
