Yu Chunyan: The democratic system is the effective way to counter corruption

The problem of corruption is paid high attention by various country governments. Eliminating corruption and reducing the problem of corruption is an important goal of each government. At present, the Chinese society＇s problem of corruption has affected almost all kind of areas, the corruption-involving personnel are many, and specially the government officials who involving corrupt population increase steadily. There are many corruption problems in all levels of government, all social classes, and all life areas. The Chinese government has released many counter-corruption measures, also has done many work to fight against corruption, but the question of corrupt actually could not be under the effective control.
Because there are many reasons for corruption, to fight against corruption, Chinese government must take some reliable and realistic measures to reduce corruption, specially reduce the corruption of the government officials.
As China＇s law-enforcing officials, the government must realize the serious corruption problems are caused by political dictator system. Under political dictator system, the power of officials is not controlled, which certainly led to corruption. Therefore, anti-corruption movement must start from reform this political dictator system. Only establishing a society of free, democratic, human rights, rule by law, corruption can be completely eliminated.
