In the development of world morality and civilization, personal body and life, rights and freedom, spirit and personality are basic human rights of human moral civilization. Whether to respect and guard these rights is the only standard to weigh civilization and salvage. If to weigh from the country’s political system, it means to weigh democratic constitutionalism and dictatorship. Under the dictatorship, the system shows no respect for these values, and eliminates these values. As the development of human civilization, dictatorship is changing its way to eliminate these values, from cruelly eliminate these values to find excuses and laws to eliminate them.
CCP uses rule of men to persecute people who safeguard legal rights, dissidents and CDP members; Chinese government uses legal means of political persecution and severely damaged civilization of humans.
To become a tolerate, harmonious, non-violent civilized society, China has to conduct political reform, realize democratic and free system; transform from rule of men to rule of law, which is a long process. Thus can speed up the reform process, and build China a democratic, freed, human rights and rule of law.
