Qi,Yunxia: Propelling political reform is beneficial to anti-corruption

Anti-corruption policies in China and construction of a clean and honest administration seem perfect literally, but why they have no substantial effects? Reports of CCP officials on a clean and honest administration are all lies, empty words and cliché; anti-corruption resolution and clean government are just high-sounding words.
Road of socialism with Chinese characteristics accompany with corruption of Chinese characteristics, for many years, corruption cases and money involved are increasing every year, corrupt officials are greedy and take bribes, like “when the river rises, the boat floats high”.
Anti-corruption in China has no obvious results, it’s not because the government doesn’t have determination for anti-corruption, and not because measures for anti-corruption are loose, what’s the reason? The backward, obsolete one party dictatorship is the real reason of unstoppable corruption, and the only way to eliminate corruption once for all is to push forward political reform, carry out multi-party democratic constitutionalism, and thus to have lasting political stability.
