Lin,Changzhong: Food safety issues in China is worrying

Food safety incidents in China happen almost everyday, vegetables, fruits, and subsidiary agricultural products in some areas have toxic substance which far exceed health standard; group poisoning because of food problems happen occasionally. Some government and officials in China try every way to explain food poisoning incidents, and try every means to escape duty; victims are very angry with methods of official media and magazines.
Food safety problems are worrisome, and behind every food safety incident, there exist a essential factor; government should not cover up, and escape; the government should try to find out the real reason for food safety incidents, strengthen legislation and enforcement of food safety laws, improve supervisory mechanism, strongly punish illegal merchants in food production industries, all of which regard health and life of every Chinese people.
