Gao,Yongping: CCP dictatorship is obstacle for democratic constitutionalism in China

CCP incorrigibly obstinate to the one party dictatorship, to the privilege of monopoly politics, and is the biggest obstacle for China to advance for democratic constitutionalism. Facing the democratic trend worldwide, Chinese government seems doesn’t dare to oppose democracy and rule of law with party leadership. It uses sophistry and says to insist on party leadership, the people are the masters of their country and ruling the country by law. However, no matter people being the masters of the country or ruling the country by law, they clash with the one party leadership of CCP.
In current Chinese society, power doesn’t come from the people, party leadership which is not restricted by law is high above the air, so how can people be masters of their country? The basic requirement of “ruling the country by law” is all citizens and political organizations have equal legal rights, how can that tolerate privilege of one party dictatorship? How can that allow unlimited power of party leadership? How can CCP regime be so logicalness, cheat oneself and others?
Therefore, only when China achieves democratic and free constitutionalism, rising of china can not create fear in the world, and can be accepted by mainstream civilized countries in the world.
