Yunhua Dong: Anti-corrupt can’t depend on the action instead of slogans
China has call on the slogan of anti-corrupt for many years, but how is the result? Corruptive problems haven’t been under control, however participants of corruption have increased and much more severe. Today, Chinese corruptive problems have been the concentrated problems of the International society. It has negatively affected the Chinese society and has influenced the stabilization of the society and citizens’ life. The reason is simple, and the severe problem has been produced by the autocracy. Under the autocracy, officials possess the power which hasn’t been restricted by the law. The power will be above the people’s benefits. That is fundamental problem of the corrupt.
Not all the people participate in corruption in today’s society. Only powerful officials can be qualified to corrupt, and common people don’t have power to corrupt. Because they are not qualified to corrupt, it exist a large environment, making some people follow up. After a long time, China has been famous for corrupt.
If Chinese government decides to punish the corrupt, it should severely implement political reform and restrict all kinds of corrupt power. Because the essence of the corrupt is the power and only doing this, Chinese government’s anti-corrupt will be prospectively controlled.
