China Democracy Party Chairman WANG, Jun’s Speech on the
U.S. Congress 17th Session in commemorate “Vietnam Human Right Day”
Good Morning/Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is an honor to meet you all in the U.S. Congress, and here to speak with the strong note of universal values of human freedom, human right, to frighten the communist dictatorship.
Today, come with me from New York over 100 members of China Democracy Party, and we hope that we can come every year to attend the commemorate meeting on Vietnam Human Right Day, because the human right of Vietnamese people is the human right of the Chinese people. Vietnamese suffer miserably under communist dictatorship, so do the Chinese people. The great struggle of the Vietnamese bravely fighting against communist dictatorship for their human right and freedom, reflects the same heartfelt wishes of the Chinese people.
There is no boundary for human right and freedom, and let us assume together the burden of establishing freedom and human right.
The Vietnam Human Rights Day passed by the U.S. Congress set a glorious example for people in Asia to struggle for their human right. In the past 17 years Vietnam Human Rights Day has been encouraging people in communist countries to strive for their civilization! We believe firmly that the model of Vietnam Human Rights Day will penetrate the iron wall of communist dictatorship, helping to establish human civilization on the communist inhumane ruins.
I am telling you here oppressively that the persecution on Chinese people by China communist party government is worsening and escalating!
On Dec 31, 2010 China Democracy Party member LI, Hong was persecuted to death during his imprisonment, at the age of 52; on Mar 25, 2011 China Democracy Party member LIU, Xianbin was sentenced 10 year imprisonment; my old friend ZHU, Yufu was arrested and sentenced into prison 9 years in total, only because he joined China Democracy Party! And on April 11, 2011 Mr. ZHU, Yufu was arrested the third time by China communist authority; also artist AI, Weiwei, lawyer TENG, Biao, petitioners, religious people and numerous good people are innocently suffering persecutions and slaughters under China communist party dictatorship.
Today, we pursue for universal valued human right, not only to safeguard the domestic human right value, but to safeguard the dignity of the world, so as to prevent this world from massive war disaster, brought forth by the loss of moral model and the loss of civilization.
With this in mind, we propose that forces of anti-communist dictatorship bullying basic human right, all over the world, should unite to fight it. Only in this way, can we have a common future of civilized human right!
Let us work hard for that, and thanks.

中国民主党主席王军在美国国会“第十七届越南人权日”纪念会上讲话稿
女士们、先生们：
下午好！
很荣幸我们又一次相聚在美国国会里！发出具有人类普世价值的自由、人权的强音，震慑共产主义的专制！
今天，我带领100多名中国民主党党员，从纽约而来，我们希望每年都能来参加“越南人权日”纪念活动，因为，越南人民的人权，就是我们中国人民的人权，越南人民遭受共产专制的苦难！我们中国人民也同样遭受共产专制的苦难！越南人民奋勇反抗专制！争取人权、自由的壮举！也是中国人民共同的心声！
人权无国界，自由无国界。让我们一道来承担起建立自由、人权的重任！
美国国会通过的“越南人权日”(the Vietnam Human Rights Day),为亚洲人民的人权保障，树立了一个光辉的榜样，“越南人权日”十七年以来一直鼓舞着共产国家的人民走向文明！我们坚信：“越南人权日”(the Vietnam Human Rights Day)的典范，会穿透共产专制的铜墙铁壁！会在共产主义的非人废墟上，建立起人类的文明！
我在这里沉重地告诉各位，中国共产党迫害中国人民，在加重、在升级！
2010年12月31日，中国民主党人力虹坐牢期间，被中共迫害致死！年仅52岁；2011年3月25日中国民主党人刘贤斌被中共判刑10年；我的老朋友朱虞夫也因参加中国民主党，被中共抓捕判刑坐牢共计9年！2011年4月11日，朱虞夫先生第三次被中共抓捕；还有艺术家艾未未、律师腾彪、上访人士、宗教人士，无数善良的人们无辜受着中共专制的虐待、残杀！
今天，我们追求普世价值和基本人权，不仅是在保卫本国同胞的人权价值，也是在保卫世界的尊严！避免世界因为失去规范、失去文明，而发生大规模的战争灾难！
在这种考虑下，我们主张：全球各国反对共产专制肆意侵犯基本人权的力量，应该团结起来！协同战斗！只有这样，我们才能拥有一个共同的文明的、人权的未来！
